Excellent service for customers
The initiative “ServiceQualität" has been launched nationwide to the service industries to raise awareness of guest desires and needs. It has set itself the goal of increasing customer service and quality awareness in tourist establishments and therefore to optimise the quality of services. Companies awarded the “Q” are involved in excellent service quality particularly in the area of customer service. These companies have voluntarily signed up for an external quality control assessment and make their own business and work processes transparent for customers and guests.
