The first morning should get off to a particularly relaxing start: our extensive champagne breakfast has regional specialities waiting for you at the buffet. If you would like to have a lie in, you can order a breakfast for late risers from our breakfast menu until 2:00 p.m.
For lunch, you can help yourself at our small snacks, a daily soup or vegetable sticks.
Every afternoon, we offer you fresh traybake, coffee, cappuccino and tea to enjoy.
Feel free to help yourself to as much iced tea, mineral water, tea and fresh fruit as you wish in the palm garden.
Get the blood pumping and, if you feel like it, feel free to take part in our Fit & Fun programme. This changes daily and includes activities such as RoWi Revitalising Deep Relaxation and sports courses. Or train with Techno-Gym equipment free of charge in our fitness lounge!
If you fancy a bike tour, our city and mountain bike rental service is free for our guests! For a game of tennis, use the hotel’s own tennis courts or the beach tennis court - we have rackets and balls for you to use. Experience guided walks around the Harz or seek out an offer from our daily special offers programme!
If you would like to have some fun in the snow, we are happy to lend you toboggans or cross-country skis - with transfer to the Ravensberg toboggan and ski centre included!

In the "Young Beach" Kids & Teens Club (from 3 years) there's supervised action daily from 3.00 - 6.00 p.m. as well as at weekends and during holidays with additional times! Childcare under 3 years is available by prior arrangement.
